There are times when problems can cause major disruptions in our lives and/or they are too difficult to talk about with our family and friends. It is at these times when one should seek out professional help. I believe that every individual has strengths and abilities they are able to use to address problems in life. I believe that through the process of therapy you can better understand yourself and use that enhanced understanding for making new decisions and new actions for a better future.

I am a believer in God and His Son, Jesus, which defines me and my love for others.  I have a desire to work with all people regardless of their belief system or personal history.
